How long will my flowers last?

At Blossom & Ivy, we love working with beautiful blooms to create stunning arrangements for our customers. While we cannot guarantee an exact lifespan for each stem, your flowers should last between 5-7 days looking lovely and fresh, with potential to last even longer with proper care. In the event that you notice any issues with the flowers within the first 24 hours after receiving them, please get in touch with us. We will require photographic evidence of the flowers to assess the situation and find a suitable solution. We are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their floral experience, and we are happy to address any concerns that may arise. How long before my wedding should I book my wedding flowers?

It is never too early to get your wedding flowers booked in, we run on a first come first served basis. Please contact us to book your wedding consultation once you've secured your wedding date.
How far in advance do I need to sort my funeral flowers?

We completely sympathise that it is such a hard time and the last thing you need is to be worrying about flowers, so let us take that stress out of your hands. We would need minimum of 3 days notice prior to the funeral. Please call us on 01494865444 to discuss further.

Will my flowers look like the ones pictured online?

We will always aim to provide you with the best quality flowers, which may mean that we sometimes need to substitute certain blooms to meet seasonal change. Therefore your bouquet may not always be exact to the one pictured, however we will do our utmost to match it as best we can. We love creating bespoke bouquets so the images are there as inspiration to colour schemes.
What time will my flowers be delivered?

We aim for deliveries to leave the shop between 10am - 1pm. We cannot guarantee a delivery time slot due to multiple orders per day.
Do you offer same day delivery?

We do offer same day local deliveries if the order is placed before 10am on the day specified. However you will be unable to place these orders online so please call the shop on 01494 865444 or pop in to the shop.
