You can come and collect your beautiful bouquet in store or we can deliver it free of charge within 2 miles of our shop.
We have had a slight adjustment to our delivery fees...
4-6 miles is an extra £4 delivery charge
7-8 miles is an extra £6 delivery charge
8-11 miles is an extra £7 delivery charge
12 miles is an extra £10 delivery charge

RETURN POLICY
If you have concerns about your flowers within 24 hours of purchase and you have been following flower care guidelines (care instructions available on request) we offer a return and refund policy.
Please call us on 01494 865444 or pop in to talk to us. We require proof of purchase and photographic evidence, if this is not given on request then unfortunately we will be unable to process a refund. Thank you.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via the website (unfortunately we do not accept AMEX).

When making a delivery order with us over the phone, in person, or online through our webshop, please ensure that all details are correct. This will include the recipient’s full name, delivery address and postcode, along with a telephone number, noting any special delivery instructions that may assist our delivery drivers/couriers with a safe delivery of your product.
We will also ask for you to include your own full name, telephone number and email address so that we may notify you in the event of any difficulty found in the delivery of your purchase.
Incorrect or misspelt details may result in delays or problems in delivery of your product. Blossom & Ivy will not take responsibility for this if there is a mistake in the details provided by the sender.
